To discover your Path to Profit, simply ask Yourself, 'How Can I Help?'
Many people assume that better business is done by securing deals to sell better widgets, or by having a 'killer idea' that everyone will want. But, really...
The secret to your wealth is wrapped around one simple question. "HOW CAN I HELP PEOPLE SOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS?"
Your income is largely determined by WHO you can help, and HOW MANY people like that you can help.
If you're short of money, you're clearly not helping enough people. I don't mean helping old ladies across the road - I mean SOLVING PROBLEMS . If you are solving real people's real problems you are primed to make money. So what kind of problems can you solve? What experiences have you had that you can draw upon? You had a challenge and you overcame it. Can you imagine that there are others out there who WISH they could overcome that same challenge, but don't know where to turn?
So, focus upon
INCREASING YOUR VALUE and do this by solving bigger or more urgent problems Solve little problems for people who either don't really care that much or don't have the means to pay and you'll struggle to break even. But find an audience driven to deal with their issues and they'll at least listen to you and your solution. We are all in the business of solving problems. Get better at this, do it for more people and your long term success is assured.
